The 1st Network D-Chan service is a managed Value Added Service Supply (VASS).

It includes the components necessary to allow your retail outlets to move from ISDN B-Channel traffic usage to the D-Channel service. The D Channel has NO call charges!

D-Chan does not interfere with your ISDN B-Channel services which can still be used for phones, faxes, routing etc. and can co-reside with your existing equipment on your network.

1st Network shall perform all the necessary configuration, setup and test of the service, configuring the D-Chan adaptor to suit your remote application.

The service shall be set up from your remote sites (via 1st Network) to your destination.

In operation, your retail outlets provide data to the 1st Network D-Chan equipment, which is then delivered in one “pipe” to your destination.
