is an integral part of the RetailerNet service.
These multi-fucntional units are configurable
to customer requirements and can be remotely
managed via the RetailerNet network.
1st Network will provide a SymRelay II unit
for each of your retail outlets as part of the
RetailerNet service allowing a seamless transition
to broadband once the changeover has been made
by BT (see Migration
to ADSL)
SymRelay II
| SymRelay is a communications
router primarily for the retail EPOS market.
It has a high performance dual processor
system coupled with both legacy communications
and latest technology interfaces. LAN support,
a VPN router and even an integral modem
complete the flexibility this unit has to
offer. The ability to download applets onto
the device to customise it’s role
makes SymRelay a unique solution.
